11/15 - NEW Open House System / Single Property Web site generator has been added and is ready to use.
This system allows you to create a web site with property info, pictures, video, maps, etc., along with 4 financing options with interactive calculators for total payments and income to qualify. You can also
create flyers, send html emails and post the flyer image and site link to Facebook. There is a separate set up portal for your co-brand partners to use for adding properties. Training on this will be offered
in small groups and if you'd like to get started on that, please email brian@estateofmindinc.com
11/24 - NEW - Your Video page has now been re-tooled. We've sharpened up the appearance and functionality of the scroll, the buttons, made the whole screen area larger along with the customization. We've also done some re-tooling of the email functionality so it pulls in the video title to the subject line and we've done the same thing for the Facebook posts.
11/24 - NEW - Along with the above, we've also now added CO-BRANDING to the video player and this is even added to your Partner's Portal so they will have direct access too.
11/26 - Short instructional vides for the Open House System are now available in the "Learning Center." Click that tab above to access these.

12/6 - New Flyer Added - Bank Statements and Deposits - We've all been frustrated by having to document large deposits - deliver this as early as possible to your prospects to help avoid that need.
12/7 - New Flyer Added - Home Prices vs. Purchasing Power - This flyer evidences that previously rising home value were largely well justified and that the biggest underlying factor of affordability has only continued to increase.
12/07 - Regional Median Price Flyer Updated - Q3 2011 now available
12/10 - Tax Pro - mortgage Interest questionnaire flyer added - this is to use with your CPA's and Financial Planners to make it easy for them to refer refi prospects - Tip - generate your PDF and have your local Kinkos print these up in the form of a typical paper pad and distribute them to your accountants - this way they can sit right on their desks to remind them to use them when they are with clients.
