Landmark Development was established in Boston, Massachusetts in 1984. Our first projects were comprised of the design, development and construction of single family homes on the island of Martha’s Vineyard. Subsequent projects included design/build, renovation and development projects in the Berkshires, upstate and metro New York. Currently, Landmark Development controls several hundred acres of land for lease, timber harvest and development along with several residential investment properties.
Landmark Development provides consultation for property acquisition, design/build oversight, finance and investment & feasibility analysis. Our services pay their own way relative to the typical cost savings realized by creating an efficient process, avoiding mistakes, missteps and the elimination of purchasing inappropriate property.
